No just an email address. Your ticket is sent straight to your inbox with a QR code, and it's automatically linked to your account if you sign up later with the same email.
Is FlexGoo available on web and mobile?
Yes. Browse and buy from myflexgoo.com on any device, or download the app for the full social experience reels, highlights, reservations, and more.
How do refunds work?
Refund policies are set by each event organizer or restaurant. Check the event page or contact support@flexgoo.com for help with a specific order.
How do I become a creator or list my restaurant?
Download the FlexGoo app and apply from your profile organizers and restaurants get a full dashboard for events, posts, and reservations.
I can't log in or I'm having trouble with my account.
Email support@flexgoo.com with the address on your account and a description of the issue a real person will get back to you.
How do I report a problem with an event, restaurant, or another user?
Use the report option on the event, post, or profile in the app, or email support@flexgoo.com with a link or screenshot and we'll look into it.
